Q1. How can I ask a question about my order?
A1. Contact MEPIS using the Contact The MEPIS Store form in the Store Menu or call +1.304.288.0993 during regular business hours (US East Coast time).
Q2. Why did I not receive download instructions or a purchase receipt?
A2. MEPIS sends notifications by email. If your email address was incorrect or your email account has aggressive spam blocking, it may improperly delete or redirect email coming from the MEPIS Store. You should receive a purchase receipt within minutes of making a purchase.
When you buy a subscription, the download instructions will appear in your user account page at mepis.org. If you paid by Paypal, sometimes there is a delay before we are notified of your payment. Please save a copy of the instructions on your computer for future reference.
If you do not receive an expected message, first you should verify that you used a valid email address when placing your order and that the email account is not full or blocked. If you're sure your email address is ok, then if you contact MEPIS and describe your situation, if necessary we can manually send information directly to you.
Q3. I can boot the CD, now how can I install on a hard disk?
A3. On the desktop, click on INSTALL MEPIS and follow the instructions.
You will need to use the entire disk for MEPIS or have at least 3 GB available for repartitioning. If you need to create partitions for MEPIS, use gparted which can be started at Step 1 in the installation process.

A4. Go to http://www.mepis.org/community to find out how to get help, help others, etc.
