Q1. How will a charge appear on my statement?

A1. This is very important to remember! The charge should appear as "MEPIS" or "MEPIS LLC" but at other times it may appear as "CWPAYMENTS." If you have a question about a charge, contact MEPIS via the Contact Form or by phone.

Q2. Can I pay by check or money order?

A2. Yes, if the check or money order is issued in US funds and if it is negotiable at a US bank. We can not accept checks from foreign banks, in foreign currencies, or Eurochecks. To pay by check or money order:

• Proceed to the checkout
• Select Paypal as your payment method
• Print out the Invoice Form page and send it with your payment to: MEPIS LLC, 714 Venture Dr, Suite 119, Morgantown, WV 26508
• Do not finish paying by Paypal.

Please remember that it may take several days for us to receive and process your money order.

Q3. Why is my credit card being declined?

A3. There are several possible reasons your charge may be declined:

• Your information may be entered incorrectly
• Your bank may have an older billing address on file
• You may have forgotten to enter the 3 digit card code
• You may be over your daily limit
• Your bank may have disabled internet transactions
• Our payment processor may be having difficulties

Q4. Can I use the Coupon Code included in the Point and Click Linux book?

A4. The Coupon Code was issued in 2004. We did not receive any income when you purchased the book, but we will still honor the coupon if you place your order by mail. Please follow the instructions on the coupon to order by mail and get the latest SimplyMEPIS 32 CD.
